HP Ultimate Connectivity Offer - Terms and Conditions

  1. Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions customers can claim 12 Months free access to the UK Cloud WiFi network when they buy HP 'Qualifying Products' purchased between 1 July and 31st January 2011:-
    • All HP EliteBooks
    • All HP ProBooks
    • All HP B Class Notebooks
    • All HP Mobile Workstations
  2. The promotion is open to residents of mainland UK including Northern Ireland only. This offer is not open to agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers or participating stockists of Hewlett-Packard.
  3. Offer available while stocks last.
  4. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. Any claims where a reseller is suspected of claiming will be rejected.
  5. The offer is valid only for private end users and business customers; claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible.
  6. There is a maximum of 25 claims per customer and purchases must be within standard pricing terms (no bid pricing).
  7. Qualifying customers are entitled to 12 Months free access to the UK Cloud WiFi network.
  8. To take advantage of the promotion visit hpultimateconnectivity.com and fill out the online claim form. The participant must provide an invoice number & serial number as proof of purchase.
  9. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. HP must receive the claim form within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  10. The participant will receive confirmation of receipt of their claim form by email from help@hpultimateconnectivity.com stating whether or not the claim for the free access to the Clouds UK WiFi network for 12 months has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the promotion team using the email address above within 7 days of the submission of their claim if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  11. Return of the qualifying HP product to the seller following submission of the claim for the free access to the Clouds UK WiFi network for 12 months will disentitle the participant to free access to the network.
  12. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The free access to the Clouds UK WiFi network for 12 months will only be awarded upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, are late, damaged, misdirected, as a result of any network, computer hardware or software. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  15. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future HP promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  16. The promoter may declare this promotion to be void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
  17. The decisions of the promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.

  19. Claims are required to be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. The prompter will then endeavour to provide the customer with their gift within 30 days of validating your claim.
